Southshore Bay is located about 30 miles southeast of Tampa. This makes it an easy drive to all that the city has to offer, including professional sports, nightlife, culture, fine dining, and great shopping. It’s also a fairly quick drive to attractions like Busch Gardens and ZooTampa.

Close to home, you can shop at the Brandon Exchange Mall or make a run to stores like Marshall’s, Michaels, Bealls, and Home Depot. Southshore Bay has easy access to grocery stores, too, including Publix, Winn Dixie, Sam’s Club, Sprouts, and Aldi. If you want to catch a movie, there are multiple theaters nearby - including a nostalgic drive-in movie theater in Ruskin.

There are plenty of places to eat in and around Southshore Bay. Dining options range from chain restaurants like Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, First Watch, Texas Roadhouse, and Panera to local spots like Keke’s Breakfast Cafe, Sandpiper Grill, and China Chen.
