The ideal candidate is required to have a real estate license and previous sales experience (not limited to real estate) along with a dynamic work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solid analytical capability, steady conflict resolution skills, an audacious problem-solver that enjoys challenges, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
