We want to be Your Realtor For Life
Eaton is truly a full-service real estate brokerage, aiding home buyers, sellers, and renters, as well as managing properties and assisting with property investments.
Yet Eaton Realty is also a family business—not only in the literal sense, or even among the employees, but in how the company’s leadership and staff regard the surrounding community.
The principles by which Eaton conducts business are also those that make for strong families: trust, loyalty, honesty and a willingness to serve the interests of others.
Another reason you’ll feel good about working with Eaton Realty is our commitment to environmental stewardship. Our 39kWp rooftop solar power system offsets 100% of our electricity usage. We recycle as much trash as we can, utilize hand dryers in the restrooms to eliminate paper towel waste, and leverage technology such as electronic document signatures to eliminate printing on paper whenever possible. We’re doing our part to preserve the environment for future generations.
Meet The Faces of Team Eaton: Dedicated to Serving You
A Brief History of Eaton Realty
While working toward a degree in Business and Finance at Kent State University in 1970, Craig Eaton began his real estate career as a branch manager and collections officer servicing home loans at Midland Buckeye Federal Savings and Loan in Alliance, Ohio. Then in 1973, he bought his first investment home for $22,500. One year later Craig founded the Eaton Construction Company, building single and multi-family homes in a master-planned community.
The experience Craig has gained—and now shared with his son Shawn, daughter Abby, son-in-law Daniel, and the rest of the Eaton Realty team—is constantly being put to use on behalf of clients. As Craig explains, “I am well positioned to guide people – I’ve lived through three major market cycles – from the super high interest rates of the 80's, to the construction crunch, to the housing crunch.”
Today, Eaton Realty has grown into a vibrant, thriving organization where each member of Team Eaton is focused on guiding our clients to success.
