Work With A Hillsborough County NARPM Team

At Eaton Realty, it’s important to us that we provide our landlords and tenants with exceptional service through our property management services. That’s why each of our on-site Property Managers are active members of NARPM and our Director of Property Management, Daniel Rothrock, has earned the MPM (Master Property Manager) designation, the highest level a member can attain within NARPM. We support the advancement of the property management industry through positive legislation changes and continuing education for property management professionals.

What Is NARPM?

NARPM stands for National Association of Residential Property Managers. The association comprises real estate professionals with experience managing small residential properties and single-family residences. Since 1988, NARPM has been representing property managers, and it is currently made up of over 6,000 real estate brokers, agents, managers, and employees.

NARPM helps to promote professionalism and a high standard for business ethics in the property management industry. NARPM works with government and industry professionals to support property managers and lobby for legislation to further the industry's integrity. It also certifies its members in property management standards and provides continuing education to encourage the advancement of property management professions.

What Are The Benefits Of Working With A NARPM Team?

NARPM property managers are a cut above the rest. They have a high level of expertise that allows them to navigate real estate challenges in a way that ensures the best outcomes for everyone.

Continued Education

In property management, lack of legislation and licensing requirements means that there are few or no continuing education requirements for property managers and their employees. NARPM promotes continuing education and provides continuing education opportunities to its members. A NARPM team is more likely to be up to date on the latest property management standards and practices and to put them to use when serving landlords and tenants.

Access To Strategic Relationships

A property management team involved with NARPM has knowledge and connections that allow them to serve their clients better. NARPM members have networks of reputable vendors, including electricians, landscapers, appliance repairmen, painters, and other maintenance professionals, to keep the properties they serve in tip-top shape. They also have the resources to stay current and understand legislation changes that may impact rental properties, property owners, and renters.

High Standards

The property management industry does not have standardized requirements for licensure and education, but NARPM holds its members to a higher standard. NARPM teams are dedicated to fair housing practices and conducting ethical businesses. You can feel good about choosing to work with a NARPM team.
