From application to move-out, we’ve simplified every step of your rental journey for a stress-free experience. Rest easy knowing you are renting with Tampa Bay's top property management company! Our Resident Benefits Package is required with each property we manage and is charged as additional rent of $59 each month, providing a host of time and money-saving perks, including:
QRESIDENT REWARDS
RESIDENT REWARDS
A
Rent Day is now Rewards Day. With Piñata’s Resident Rewards program, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for gift cards, entries to prize drawings, and substantial savings just for signing up. Pay rent on time to earn Piñata Points, redeemable for discounts and virtual gift cards in the Piñata Marketplace via the mobile app or their website.
QCREDIT REPORTING
CREDIT REPORTING
A
Every month, we report your rent payment to all three major credit bureaus: Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. This ensures that no matter where someone checks your score, they’ll get a score with your rent payments included. The boost people see from this varies, but typically renters see a 20-40 point increase in the first year of reporting. Some residents have seen gains of 100 points!
Higher credit scores and history lead to:
- Lower interest rates
- Easier loan approval
- Better mortgage rates
- Reduced auto insurance premiums
- Lower security deposits when renting
You must pay your rent on time (on or before the first of each month) for your rent to be reported as on-time to the credit bureaus.

The choice is yours—whether you opt in for convenience or bring your own policy, we’ve got you covered.
OPT-IN FOR CONVENIENCE
For an additional monthly fee, you can opt into our renters liability insurance program, which offers robust coverage without the hassle of shopping around. Our program includes:

- Find a policy from an A-rated insurance carrier.
- At least $100,000 in property damage and personal liability coverage.
- Add Eaton Realty as an Additional Insured
- Your insurance provider will send proof of coverage to the address below and, once received, we will end future charges and remove coverage from your lease.
