Lithia

Lithia is a small community located in southeastern Hillsborough County. One of Florida’s fastest-growing regions, Lithia is about 18 miles southeast of Tampa and just minutes from shopping in Brandon with easy access to I-75.

The community has a rich history in agriculture, sawmills, and phosphate mining and includes beautiful parks and nature trails.&nbsp; <a href="http://www.hillsboroughcounty.org/Facilities/Facility/Details/7931">Alderman Ford Park</a> has a picnic and play areas as well as walking trails.&nbsp; <a href="http://hillsboroughcounty.org/Facilities/Facility/Details/7938">Lithia Springs Park</a> has camping, picnic and play areas as well as “the Springs” open for swimming.
