Rental Application - Payment

Pay your application fees online using your credit/debit card or your PayPal account. The application fee is $100.00 per applicant and covers credit and background-check fees we incur in reviewing your application. We require an application for every adult age 18+ living in the home, so select the appropriate number of applicants before clicking Pay Now.

Note: If you have more than 2 adult applicants, you will need to repeat this application process for the remaining occupants. For your convenience, you can pay for those applicants now, and skip the payment process when you complete the second application.

ALL APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, EVEN IF YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT APPROVED.
