Kara Baer is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong ability to connect with clients and navigate the ever-changing housing market. A Tampa Bay resident since 1994, she graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in criminology and a minor in psychology. Her background in HR, combined with her passion for homes and helping people, led her to a successful real estate career in 2014. With excellent communication skills and a tireless work ethic, she is committed to guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.

Outside of real estate, Kara is actively involved in her community, volunteering with her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and her neighborhood HOA. She enjoys fitness, has a lifelong love for horses—having even competed at Madison Square Garden as a teenager—and believes in the philosophy that "how you do one thing is how you do everything." When she’s not working, you might find her enjoying sushi at Akira or Ninja, or indulging in anything chocolate.
